Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 7 minutes, Rafael Benitez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacho and the Bordenave players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Delmiro Tancredo fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bordenave's protests and gave Delmiro Tancredo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chacho booed when Bordenave was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Tancredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saturnino Fe missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 11 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Lucio Sotero right hand side. 12 minutes into the match, Chacho's Fulgencio Oihan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucio Sotero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucio Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Oihan, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bordenave's Lucio Sotero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Oihan in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Bordenave's Maximino Hitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alonzo Tomi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Rafael Mikelats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Lucio Sotero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Jacob's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alonzo Tomi was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Igor Vermudo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alonzo Tomi. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 34th minute, Nicolas Jacob got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alonzo Tomi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Jacob in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Igor Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bordenave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Vermudo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fulgencio Oihan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Lucio Sotero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The wind increased when Nicolas Jacob made the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Jacob received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alonzo Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Igor Vermudo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Jacob took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonzo Tomi. Alonzo Tomi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 60 played minutes, Bordenave's Esteban Millan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alonzo Tomi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bordenave reached it. 61 minutes into the game, Fausto Quilo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bordenave the free kick. Fulgencio Oihan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Sotero having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chacho's zone, Edelmiro Louis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Tomi came out of the goal and Edelmiro Louis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximino Hitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicolas Jacob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonzo Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Jacob in the 84th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Maximino Hitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alonzo Tomi was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Alonzo Tomi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Alonzo Tomi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Jacob's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Bordenave's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
