Spectators: 6982 (Terracing: 5344, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicolas Jacob took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Alberto Gregorio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lucio Sotero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximino Hitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Bernal having to interfere. In the 15th minute Maximino Hitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arbolito's Alberto Gregorio got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingo Bernal came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Bordenave's Benjamin Su. But to his dismay, Benjamin Su quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Nicolas Jacob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Arbolito's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Hitz came free, but Domingo Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arbolito's Domingo Bernal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Hitz in the 31st minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Arbolito's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Hitz came free, but Domingo Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Maximino Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bordenave's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximino Hitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingo Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Jacob in the 44th minute of play. Domingo Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Vermudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Arbolito players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bordenave were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Gregorio made a kick off. Edelmiro Louis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingo Bernal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Lucio Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Gregorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Hitz came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Domingo Bernal could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edelmiro Louis got free with Domingo Bernal in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the match, Arbolito's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Vermudo came free, but Domingo Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Arbolito's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Jacob came free, but Domingo Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nicolas Jacob kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Domingo Bernal. That made the score 1-3 in the 69 minute of play. After 73 minutes, Nicolas Jacob mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bordenave and the Arbolito players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Nicolas Jacob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arbolito's Isidoro Abascal was substituted for Mauricio Calixto. After having played for 87 minutes, Igor Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bordenave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Vermudo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Arbolito's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Jacob came free, but Domingo Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelmiro Louis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Domingo Bernal made a huge save. Domingo Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Jacob in the 92nd minute of play. Domingo Bernal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Hitz in the 93rd minute. Igor Vermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Bernal having to interfere. If Edelmiro Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bordenave played a much better game than Arbolito and deserved their victory. The Arbolito players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
