Spectators: 6637 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 5) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rigoberto Pereyra took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Bento Bessa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Ignatius was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. But to his dismay, Bento Bessa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 21 minutes into the match, Aquilino Faron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Ignatius. Hipatía's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquilino Faron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Pedro Dorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Pereyra in the 24th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Romeo Bizen put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Eldía:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hipatía:s goal. Eldía:s Pedro Dorio showed great skill when he stopped Freddy Ado:s penalty. Pedro Dorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Freddy Ado went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Hipatía's Teofilo Fernandes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. 47 minutes into the match, Eldía's goalkeeper Pedro Dorio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Diagur. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Arnaldo Diagur hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Bento Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bento Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute Amador Arnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Dorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Faron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Eldía players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
