After a defensive mix-up in Pieres AFC's zone, Claudio Berdoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Quinteros came out of the goal and Claudio Berdoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Berdoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Carolo Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Claudio Berdoi made a precise shot to the right of Carolo Quinteros. Pieres AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Celso Gilen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Carolo Quinteros made a huge save. Pieres AFC's Carolo Quinteros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Pieres AFC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Pieres AFC's Narciso Gomez got a free kick in the 30th minute. Rafael Indartsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 37 minutes of play, Gowlan's Claudio Berdoi made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carolo Quinteros was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Pieres AFC's Abelardo Berasko got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Gowlan got a corner. Pieres AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eustaquio Hustaz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gowlan's Eustaquio Hustaz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carolo Quinteros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Indartsu made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Darien in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carolo Quinteros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carolo Quinteros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Indartsu in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Claudio Berdoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Quinteros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saturnino Bastiaro kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Gowlan's Eustaquio Hustaz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pieres AFC. Carolo Quinteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Indartsu's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes, Lucio Benet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pieres AFC and the Gowlan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Gowlan booed when Pieres AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Benet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Berdoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Carolo Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Indartsu took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carolo Quinteros. Carolo Quinteros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, Pieres AFC's Isaias Cisco got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Rafael Indartsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carolo Quinteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Berdoi's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Claudio Berdoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Carolo Quinteros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, Claudio Berdoi notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Pieres AFC's Carolo Quinteros. Carolo Quinteros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafael Indartsu took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carolo Quinteros. Carolo Quinteros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Claudio Berdoi struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Carolo Quinteros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gowlan. If Arturo Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Gowlan were the better team. Gowlan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
