The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Heriberto in the 8th minute of play forced CLUB A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Gerardo Restu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Isaias Firme shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerardo Restu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Virgilio Garikoitz fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belloco FC's protests and gave Virgilio Garikoitz a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Belloco FC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Garikoitz. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Abelardo Gelacio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nicolas Geofredo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belloco FC's zone, Hilario Frichoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Gelmiro came out of the goal and Hilario Frichoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Belloco FC's goalkeeper Placido Gelmiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danilo Inguma. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Heriberto in the 34th minute of play forced CLUB A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Gerardo Restu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Restu having to interfere. When Daniel Heriberto came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Belloco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Heriberto couldn't finish the play. Gerardo Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Heriberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Daniel Heriberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belloco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Heriberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariano Emesto's late challenge caught a Belloco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Emesto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Belloco FC booed when CLUB A. BELGRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Heriberto in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerardo Restu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind CLUB A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Gerardo Restu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB A. BELGRANO's zone, Daniel Heriberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Restu came out of the goal and Daniel Heriberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerardo Restu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Cordareo in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Danilo Inguma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Placido Gelmiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 67 minutes, Daniel Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belloco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB A. BELGRANO's zone, Jonas Cordareo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Restu came out of the goal and Jonas Cordareo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Heriberto got free with Gerardo Restu in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristo Maxin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerardo Restu. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. Gerardo Restu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Heriberto in the 90th minute. Placido Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Inguma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The CLUB A. BELGRANO fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Belloco FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
