After a rather tough play, Cora's Honorato Mikolas got a free kick in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cora's zone, Narciso Iztal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Quexal came out of the goal and Narciso Iztal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Placido Ciceron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaias Poncio went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Isaias Poncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Ciceron having to interfere. Cora's Claudio Quexal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Felo in the 21st minute of play. Isaias Poncio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Placido Ciceron when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Placido Ciceron made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Isaias Poncio sent off a good shot on target. If Isaias Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 played minutes Teodoro Boniel rounded Totoral FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Boniel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Marcial Felo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cora's protests and gave Marcial Felo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cora getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Marcial Felo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Narciso Iztal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Totoral FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Iztal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Quexal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Totoral FC's Dario Cordera got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Felo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Totoral FC's Claudio Quexal threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anacleto Luzaide, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Placido Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Boniel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Ciceron was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 64th minute Isaias Poncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Ciceron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Ciceron having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Urbano Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teodoro Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Adrian Lop got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Totoral FC booed when Cora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Mancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Ciceron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Mancio in the 85th minute of play. Teodoro Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Ciceron having to interfere.
