With a little luck, Pavón's Simon Jayvier got control of the ball when Samuel Magdaleno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimeno Ihintza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simon Jayvier came out and tried to block the shot, but Jimeno Ihintza slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 15th minute. Pavón's Simon Jayvier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Pavón from getting a goal against them. Leon Azevedo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Simon Jayvier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Santos Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Teodoro Mannuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piquillín's goalkeeper Teodoro Mannuel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leon Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Jayvier having to interfere. Leon Azevedo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 37th playminute. Simon Jayvier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Azevedo in the 40th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimeno Ihintza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Enzo Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anibal Erauso got free with Teodoro Mannuel in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Remigio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Piquillín's zone, Enrique Matxin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Mannuel came out of the goal and Enrique Matxin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the game, Jimeno Ihintza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Simon Jayvier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Ihintza in the 70th minute of play forced Pavón's goalkeeper Simon Jayvier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Piquillín's goalkeeper Teodoro Mannuel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Barbosa. After a defensive mix-up in Piquillín's zone, Santos Mergildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Mannuel came out of the goal and Santos Mergildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jimeno Ihintza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Jayvier having to make a save. Teodoro Mannuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Erauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Ihintza's late challenge caught a Pavón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Ihintza helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Piquillín got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Ihintza. In the 92nd minute, Santos Mergildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santos Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Teodoro Mannuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Artaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Piquillín had played much better football throughout.
