Arenal's Silvestre Ikatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Arenal from getting a goal against them. Madrejón AFC's Raul Henric managed to work through Arenal's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Raul Henric dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Teo Quirce kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When Madrejón AFC's Cornelio Dimo in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Arenal's Silvestre Ikatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Dimo in the 16th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Monico couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Brais in the 24th minute of play forced Madrejón AFC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Nalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Ikatz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Jakes in the 34th minute. Arenal's Silvestre Ikatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Arenal from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Madrejón AFC's Cornelio Dimo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvestre Ikatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eustaquio Nalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriana Patxi, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Madrejón AFC's Bruno Calvino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvestre Ikatz. That made the score 3-0 after 45 minutes of play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinicio Enmanuel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Madrejón AFC's Bruno Calvino seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bruno Calvino the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Madrejón AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bruno Calvino had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Madrejón AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! In the 55th minute, Arenal got a penalty, and Lisandro Ramirez placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After a rather tough play, Arenal's Severino Bero got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Monico in the 59th minute of play forced Arenal's goalkeeper Silvestre Ikatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Brais scored 3-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustaquio Nalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Arenal's Leon Brais dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Jakes in the 72nd minute of play forced Arenal's goalkeeper Silvestre Ikatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Ikatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Jakes, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute Vinicio Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Nalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lisandro Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Adolfo Vela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Ikatz. Arenal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Vela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Silvestre Ikatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Jakes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Arenal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Madrejón AFC.
