The supporters of la ROMAno! booed when Vila AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Leocadio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Michal Hendzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Vila AFC's Aleksas Kidykas got a free kick in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Calvino in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gogo Gar saved Vila AFC from getting behind. Vila AFC were furious when Nicholas Natås was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vila AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Inocente in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Fernado saved la ROMAno! from getting behind. Cayetano Remir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 played minutes Vila AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dante Leocadio. Ernesto Inocente took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Fernado. Zeledon Fernado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Aleksas Kidykas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ernesto Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Ernesto Inocente made the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Fernado having to interfere. Aleksas Kidykas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Gar came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by la ROMAno!'s Ricardo Raymundo. But to his dismay, Ricardo Raymundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ernesto Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vila AFC's Cayetano Remir got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in la ROMAno!'s zone, Ernesto Inocente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Fernado came out of the goal and Ernesto Inocente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Fernado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Inocente's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Vila AFC's Dante Leocadio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gaspar Tirso, made in the 85th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Inocente in the 87th minute of play forced la ROMAno!'s goalkeeper Zeledon Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Cayetano Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
