Gerardo Baladi's late challenge caught a club atletico tero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Baladi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of club atletico tero booed when Piquillín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Baladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartolo Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Papo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes of play, club atletico tero's Roberto Tancredo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albino Sadurni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albino Sadurni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Bonadona in the 27th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Dante Koldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. club atletico tero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piquillín FC the free kick. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Piquillín FC. Esteban Arano stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bartolo Urti. 4-1. Amadeo Santikurtz came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bartolo Urti could save by the left post. With an all-out effort, Piquillín FC's Bartolo Urti threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gervasio Papo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alvaro Abad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bartolo Urti came out and tried to block the shot, but Alvaro Abad slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Abad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Abad struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Bartolo Urti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piquillín FC. Bartolo Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Santikurtz in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Alvaro Abad made a precise shot to the right of Bartolo Urti. club atletico tero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 59th minute, Isaac Bonadona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Tancredo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Piquillín FC's zone, Isaac Bonadona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Sadurni came out of the goal and Isaac Bonadona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Amadeo Santikurtz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piquillín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Santikurtz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolo Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Abad in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Amadeo Santikurtz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Urti was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. club atletico tero's Bartolo Urti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Santikurtz in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Roberto Tancredo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Sadurni was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. club atletico tero's Bartolo Urti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Santikurtz in the 89th minute of play. Isaac Bonadona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Sadurni having to interfere.
