Astor Olando made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ricardo Corderall sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 18 in the game by Emilio Ganix from a close distance when the talented Astor Olando managed to make a qualified save. Concepción FC's players were relieved. Astor Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Ganix in the 20th minute of play. When Ulises Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Concepción FC's protests and gave Ulises Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Concepción FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Astor Olando was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gregorio Gabirel. Ricardo Corderall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astor Olando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Ganix's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Concepción FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Virgilio Elizardo scored to the left of an out of position Astor Olando, making the score, 3-0. Emilio Ganix's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Astor Olando skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Ganix to make the kick off. The referee ordered Jaime Bernebe off the ground. 83 minutes into the match, Emilio Ganix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Astor Olando. Concepción FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilio Ganix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Virgilio Elizardo scored 7-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Olando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that The Chola United were the better team. The Chola United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
