After 21 played minutes Caracara got a freekick which was hit by Angel Romano. After having played for 22 minutes, Leonides Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matador de Paso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Dalmau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Dalmau got free with Laureano Arce in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Matador de Paso booed when Caracara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tono Puerta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Pueblo in the 29th minute of the match.
