Arsenio Monico kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Cleto Santio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zacarias Richie. Eagleheart's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Eagleheart getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Segundo Osorio hit a great ball. Lisandro Nuxila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Monico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Freddy Regis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plaza Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Regis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Richie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Arsenio Monico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eagleheart fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Freddy Regis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Santiago Botello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Eagleheart were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Santiago Botello took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacarias Richie. Zacarias Richie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Freddy Regis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Zacarias Richie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Eagleheart got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Mirande. After 60 played minutes, Plaza Futbol Club's Pascual Venceslao shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zacarias Richie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plaza Futbol Club reached it. In the 61st match minute, Eagleheart was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Osorio to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes of play, Eagleheart's Segundo Osorio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lisandro Nuxila was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Plaza Futbol Club's Lisandro Nuxila got control of the ball when Remigio Ermengol tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Santiago Botello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Richie. Eagleheart's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Botello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Eagleheart's Prospero Estebano was substituted for Adrian Ondino. In the 84th minute, Freddy Regis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zacarias Richie was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Zacarias Richie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Regis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Remigio Ermengol dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lisandro Nuxila, 3-3. After 93 played minutes Plaza Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Regis. Plaza Futbol Club's Lisandro Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Ermengol in the 94th minute of play. Remigio Ermengol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Nuxila having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Plaza Futbol Club players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
