In the 44th minute, Pascual Pirro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Armando Gutxi fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alpachiri's protests and gave Armando Gutxi a yellow card for diving instead. Armando Gutxi hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Pascual Pirro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Hitz having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Delmar Vidal was the one to do the kick off. If Pascual Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Alpachiri getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Tadeo Hermon hit a great ball. Ildefonso Hitz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erasmo Galsino. The supporters of Alpachiri booed when Ceibal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gustau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Hermon was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ceibal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Gustau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Ceibal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Chumo to maneuver through the defense. After 76 minutes, Nunez Harri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alpachiri and the Ceibal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pascual Pirro struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ildefonso Hitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceibal FC. In the 79th match minute, Alpachiri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Ostargi to maneuver through the defense. Pascual Pirros short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Ildefonso Hitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Miguel Gustau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes Alpachiri got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Norino. Domingos Chumo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ildefonso Hitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alpachiri's zone, Iker Curcio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ildefonso Hitz came out of the goal and Iker Curcio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Ceibal FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alpachiri.
