With a little luck, Centro Juventud Antoniana's Cosme Elivareo got control of the ball when Severino Poncio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Osvaldo Aztore came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the La Floresta Futbol Club B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Aztore couldn't finish the play. Bonifacio Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Nafarroa having to interfere. Gregorio Azubeli took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Nafarroa. Ciriaco Nafarroa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ciriaco Nafarroa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Bidun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Centro Juventud Antoniana's Prospero Chago got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cosme Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Gaizkine in the 41st minute of play. Gregorio Azubeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ciriaco Nafarroa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Haimar in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Elivareo saved Centro Juventud Antoniana from getting behind. Ciriaco Nafarroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Bidun, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Haimar in the 64th minute of play forced Centro Juventud Antoniana's goalkeeper Cosme Elivareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosme Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Poncio in the 65th minute of play. Prospero Chago hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Everardo Hunfredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gregorio Azubeli in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ciriaco Nafarroa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 77 played minutes Centro Juventud Antoniana got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Lartaun. Cosme Elivareo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Haimar in the 80th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Ciriaco Nafarroa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Bonifacio Bidun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Nafarroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Chago, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Cosme Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Haimar in the 88th minute of play. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Centro Juventud Antoniana eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
