Spectators: 5005 (Terracing: 4005, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donato Alfonso took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gilberto Paulin made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Damaso Mundo sent off a good shot on target. Ladislao Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Alfonso in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ubaldo Toribio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Mundo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Ceferino Fiz struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ladislao Velasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Lorenzo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Frutos in the 26th minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Gilberto Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilberto Paulin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Telesforo in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FER MORIS FC's zone, Donato Alfonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Velasco came out of the goal and Donato Alfonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximo Osoro during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximo Osoro kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a little luck, San Lorenzo's Gilberto Paulin got control of the ball when Leonides Telesforo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ubaldo Toribio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Ceferino Luke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FER MORIS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Luke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Alfonso in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ladislao Velasco saved FER MORIS FC from getting behind. Donato Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Manni's late challenge caught a FER MORIS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Manni helped the player get up and apologised. Juan Manni hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Severino Rencio took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Paulin. Gilberto Paulin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. From close distance Donato Alfonso pressed in the 1-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 82 minutes into the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Alfonso in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when FER MORIS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ceferino Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejo Frutos struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Gilberto Paulin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FER MORIS FC. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
