Silvestre Luzaide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Garin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Jose Dalmau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as TEMPERLEY's Cesar Sandalio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jose Dalmau. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. In the 18th minute, Eugenio Garin made a precise shot to the right of Jose Dalmau. Yasyamayo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cesar Sandalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Cesar Sandalio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jose Dalmau, passed just outside the right post. If Cesar Sandalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Garin struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Jose Dalmau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEMPERLEY. In the 38th minute Cesar Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Dalmau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Eugenio Garin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Yasyamayo's zone, Cesar Sandalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Dalmau came out of the goal and Cesar Sandalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Eugenio Garin made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes TEMPERLEY got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Librado. Cesar Sandalio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Dalmau having to make a save. Eugenio Garin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Cesar Sandalio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Dalmau was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. TEMPERLEY's Eugenio Garin got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yasyamayo's Nunez Restu got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 83rd match minute, Yasyamayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Restu to maneuver through the defense. TEMPERLEY's Cesar Sandalio got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Cesar Sandalio notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Yasyamayo's Jose Dalmau. Jose Dalmau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eugenio Garin scored 4-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Dalmau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that TEMPERLEY were the better team. TEMPERLEY's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
