Eustacio Calvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Palos in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Mambru Caspe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustacio Calvet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Bento in the 12th minute. The Funebreros A.C. fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Funebreros A.C.'s Matias Galeno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sven-Arne Bergström scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erasmo Dino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Galeno couldn't finish the play. Mambru Caspe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Erasmo Dino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Funebreros A.C. defense, Humberto Bento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustacio Calvet. The Funebreros A.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustacio Calvet should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, C.A Goleadores's Jose Sayvion got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Erasmo Dino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Galeno in the 45th minute of play. The C.A Goleadores players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Funebreros A.C. were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Matias Galeno made the kick off in the second half. Jose Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Erasmo Dino came out of the goal and Miguel Palban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Miguel Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Dino made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Matias Galeno sent off a good shot on target. Matias Galeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Funebreros A.C.'s Erasmo Dino threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mambru Caspe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Erasmo Dino made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Matias Galeno sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute of the match Victor Hunfredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustacio Calvet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Funebreros A.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
