Spectators: 7103 (Terracing: 5329, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 141) Amado Chano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 7 minutes into the game, Cristobal Faro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Birger Ahlfors. Cristobal Faro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Celestino Bertin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Loco in the 13th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Amado Chano notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Los Bodegueros A.F.C.'s Birger Ahlfors. Birger Ahlfors was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CLUB LANUS's Celestino Bertin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Loco in the 27th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Los Bodegueros A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Dabi. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Cornelio Uxio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Bodegueros A.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Uxio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celestino Bertin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eleuterio Arias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Chano in the 52nd minute of play forced Los Bodegueros A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Birger Ahlfors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregorio Nesor charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Nesor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Los Bodegueros A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Nesor. When Jesus Cheche came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the CLUB LANUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Cheche couldn't finish the play. Birger Ahlfors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Celestino Bertin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gregorio Nesor. If Eleuterio Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Cornelio Uxio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Celestino Bertin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Loco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Jesus Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birger Ahlfors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Cheche took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birger Ahlfors. Birger Ahlfors dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Isaac Loco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornelio Uxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CLUB LANUS had won after a very even match.
