Taquimilán's Godofredo Cordarell got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Anastasio Chuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Juguemos Sin Saber FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Cordarell came free, but Angelino Marko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Taquimilán booed when Juguemos Sin Saber FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Guillem didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Taquimilán's Godofredo Cordarell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelino Marko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Leoncio to strike the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Cayo's late challenge caught a Juguemos Sin Saber FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Cayo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Amadeo Cayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Igor Santxol fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taquimilán's protests and gave Igor Santxol a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Taquimilán got a freekick which was hit by Igor Santxol. Valentin Marcones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Leoncio in the 64th minute of play. If Amadeo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juguemos Sin Saber FC's Angelino Marko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Cordarell in the 71st minute of play. Godofredo Cordarell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Angelino Marko skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Felipe Leoncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 79 minutes, Felipe Leoncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juguemos Sin Saber FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Leoncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 1-1 became the score in the 82nd minute when Felipe Leoncio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hugo Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Abreu in the 90th minute of play forced Taquimilán's goalkeeper Valentin Marcones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Felipe Leoncio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valentin Marcones was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
