Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernabe Iratze started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, New Cotita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute, Ivan Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Astigar hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Delmiro Txerran scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Rito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Iratze in the 12th minute of play forced New Cotita's goalkeeper Yuri Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pergamino's zone, Filiberto Inge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Rito came out of the goal and Filiberto Inge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd match minute, Pergamino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Chus to maneuver through the defense. Delmiro Txerran might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Rito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Delmiro Txerran ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Pergamino's Modesto Chus got a free kick in the 25th minute. Rolando Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Txerran in the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Filiberto Inge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Cotita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Inge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Rito came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by New Cotita's Delmiro Txerran. But to his dismay, Delmiro Txerran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Delmiro Txerran came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the New Cotita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmiro Txerran couldn't finish the play. Laureano Urtzi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute of the match Siro Noe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Rito skillfully saved the ball. In the 37th minute, Delmiro Txerran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Pergamino getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Baltasar Tanio hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmiro Txerran in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Rito saved Pergamino from getting behind. After the first half New Cotita were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmiro Txerran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to New Cotita getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Delmiro Txerran hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Erasmo Ubendu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. During the 54th minute of the match Modesto Chus completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Modesto Chus a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 55th minute, Modesto Chus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Ignatius during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of New Cotita booed when Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Ignatius didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Delmiro Txerran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Delmiro Txerran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolando Rito. The goal made the score 0-3. New Cotita made a substitution. Valentin Egun replaced Filiberto Inge. When Nunez Senen came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Pergamino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Senen couldn't finish the play. If Ciriaco Galtero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmiro Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st match minute, Pergamino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Pergamino's zone, Valentin Egun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Rito came out of the goal and Valentin Egun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delmiro Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. New Cotita played a much better game than Pergamino and deserved their victory. The Pergamino players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
