If Rogelio Eguzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Limache de Ituzaingo's Matias Abajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Ermengol in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jony Curuzu's zone, Christian Lucero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Gaztea came out of the goal and Christian Lucero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Jaunti got free with Matias Abajas in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute Maximino Ermengol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Abajas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Ermengol in the 21st minute of play forced Limache de Ituzaingo's goalkeeper Matias Abajas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Limache de Ituzaingo's Matias Abajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Loreto in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Limache de Ituzaingo's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Ermengol came free, but Matias Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Abajas came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Jony Curuzu's Rogelio Eguzki. But to his dismay, Rogelio Eguzki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Jaunti got free with Matias Abajas in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute of the match Christian Laurin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matias Abajas skillfully saved the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximino Ermengol to strike the kick off in the second half. Lorenzo Musko charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Musko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Jony Curuzu booed when Limache de Ituzaingo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Musko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Gaztea was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arnoldo Arnas. In the 55th minute, Diego Sagrario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matias Abajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Jaunti in the 61st minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Rogelio Eguzki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cosme Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Cosme Jaunti got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 78th minute, Christian Lucero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Limache de Ituzaingo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Maximino Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Bembe kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, Limache de Ituzaingo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Bembe to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Sagrario in the 90th minute of play forced Jony Curuzu's goalkeeper Maximiliano Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Lucero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Limache de Ituzaingo's Arnoldo Arnas shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Maximiliano Gaztea but with some difficulty. Jony Curuzu's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
