After having played for 13 minutes, Jairo Jerrold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Jerrold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 14 minutes of play, Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo's Danilo Bihar made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Egoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Mitxaut helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Mitxaut to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Elias Duardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Orlondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29thth minute of the game Danilo Bihar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itacaruaré FC's Narciso Egoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 34 played minutes, Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo's Luciano Eron shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narciso Egoitz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo reached it. Narciso Egoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Bihar, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Sebastian Weather in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leon Orlondo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leon Orlondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Lidon in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo's Danilo Bihar was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 59th minute, Elvio Pero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 69 minutes, Anastasio Maju mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itacaruaré FC and the Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anastasio Maju kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. During the 71st minute of the match Anastasio Maju completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Anastasio Maju a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 72 played minutes Itacaruaré FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Maju. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Weather in the 76th minute of play forced Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo's goalkeeper Leon Orlondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goalkeeper Narciso Egoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Mitxaut. After a rather tough play, Itacaruaré FC's Celso Leoncio got a free kick in the 81st minute. Tomas Mitxaut hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Narciso Egoitz came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo's Alvaro Mikelats. But to his dismay, Alvaro Mikelats quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to Itacaruaré FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ramiro Baladi hit a great ball. Luciano Eron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Glorioso Ciclon de Boedo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
