The tension between the Lobo Norteño FC and the POWER4 AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lobo Norteño FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Aaron Unax hit a great ball. Aristides Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Cugat having to interfere. Aristides Basajaun struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Guillermo Cugat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lobo Norteño FC. Segundo Mantzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Serapio in the 17th minute of the match. Lobo Norteño FC's Segundo Mantzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Serapio in the 19th minute of play. POWER4 AFC's Eduardo Serapio got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Amador Esquipula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Mantzio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Eustacio Baladi put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Segundo Mantzio. 34 minutes into the match, Lobo Norteño FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Baladi came free, but Segundo Mantzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Arias in the 36th minute of play forced POWER4 AFC's goalkeeper Guillermo Cugat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Benjamin Librado fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lobo Norteño FC's protests and gave Benjamin Librado a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lobo Norteño FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Benjamin Librado hit a great ball. Segundo Mantzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Eduardo Serapio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The POWER4 AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half POWER4 AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aristides Basajaun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Segundo Mantzio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Serapio went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. POWER4 AFC's Eduardo Serapio got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Segundo Mantzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Lobo Norteño FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Serapio came free, but Segundo Mantzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Mantzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustacio Baladi in the 69th minute. Eustacio Baladi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Mantzio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Eustacio Baladi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Segundo Mantzio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Aaron Unax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Basajaun in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Cugat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Segundo Mantzio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Serapio went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. 81 minutes into the match, Eduardo Serapio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Segundo Mantzio, 2-5. In the 89th minute, Amador Esquipula fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Segundo Mantzio, passed just outside the right post. In the 93rd minute, POWER4 AFC's Eduardo Serapio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. POWER4 AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
