Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dante Bartuelo started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Zonda's Angel Colon got a free kick in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Bartuelo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albino Roano saved Matadores del 98 from getting behind. Albino Roano stood somewhat misplaced when Dante Bartuelo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. Erasmo Jerrold made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Matadores del 98's Severino Ralondo. 27 minutes into the match, Ulises Orlo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Zonda's Lázaro Calvino. Lázaro Calvino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matadores del 98's Ulises Orlo got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Matadores del 98's goalkeeper Albino Roano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Tabor. Albino Roano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cipriano Tabor went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Matadores del 98's Albino Roano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Matadores del 98 from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Ulises Orlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Erasmo Jerrold in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Matadores del 98's Severino Ralondo. A collision led to Zonda getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Emanuel Bordat hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Cipriano Tabor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zonda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 71st minute, Dante Bartuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Bartuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Roano having to interfere. A collision led to Zonda getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cipriano Tabor hit a great ball. Tao Fei Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Tabor in the 79th minute of play forced Matadores del 98's goalkeeper Albino Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zonda's zone, Ulises Orlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Calvino came out of the goal and Ulises Orlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Cipriano Tabor sped through Matadores del 98's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Albino Roano. Erasmo Jerrold kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Matadores del 98's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Zonda had won, even though Matadores del 98 had held more of the ball.
