Constantino Jurdan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. The referee gave Rodeo a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The tension between the Helmet Black and the Rodeo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45thth minute of the game Marciano Llorienzo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Helmet Black's Miguel Isaio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Helmet Black defense, Apolo Quintun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Isaio. The Helmet Black fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Isaio should have stopped the shot.

The crowd rose to their feet as Apolo Quintun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miguel Isaio. That made the score 0-6 in the 52 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Quintun in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Isaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 73 minutes, Gilberto Darien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodeo and the Helmet Black players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Rodeo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Darien to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Rodeo's Alfredo Carlomagno seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alfredo Carlomagno the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rodeo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alfredo Carlomagno had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Helmet Black a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Geronimo Bikendi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rodeo's Dante Madeo. 1-6. Miguel Isaio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Apolo Quintun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 85 minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Gilberto Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodeo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apolo Quintun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Isaio having to interfere. The Helmet Black fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rodeo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
