Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Sergio Ignado got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Luisito Ovando sped through Tindaro Sport Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jeronimo Llorenc. Urbano Gomez hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Tindaro Sport Club defense, Luisito Ovando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Llorenc. The Tindaro Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Llorenc should have stopped the shot. After 31st play minutes Luisito Ovando shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Jeronimo Llorenc and just under the crossbar into goal. After 36 played minutes Tindaro Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Polo. Luisito Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Llorenc having to interfere. Sergio Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jeronimo Llorenc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Luisito Ovando made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeronimo Llorenc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Jakes to make the kick off. Jeronimo Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Ovando, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Tindaro Sport Club's Jeronimo Llorenc got control of the ball when Luisito Ovando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luisito Ovandos short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Jeronimo Llorenc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 66 minutes into the game, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Luisito Ovando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
