Albino Horado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Albino Horado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Emmanuel was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The Ferro Carril Oeste players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Malvinas Argentinas were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Martin Hibai made the kick off in the second half. When Martin Hibai fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferro Carril Oeste's protests and gave Martin Hibai a yellow card for diving instead. Teodosio Emmanuel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Albino Horado got free with Teodosio Emmanuel in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albino Horado in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodosio Emmanuel saved Ferro Carril Oeste from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Albino Horado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Emmanuel was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ferro Carril Oeste's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Askanios Spyridis was slow to take the kick. During this time Malvinas Argentinas's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Malvinas Argentinas's corner Askanios Spyridis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teodosio Emmanuel quite easily take care of the ball.
