In the 18thth minute of the game Pablo Gau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calchines AFC's Gustavo Paskal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Nestor Fidensio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Paskal. Calchines AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Fidensio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Famatina's attack was well implemented in the 30th minute, but when Pablo Gau was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Xaiver Urquijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Filipo in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Cristian Filipo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Xaiver Urquijo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 42 played minutes, Famatina's Frank-Ulrich Kröning shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gustavo Paskal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Famatina reached it. After 43 minutes, Humberto Bautista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calchines AFC and the Famatina players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Calchines AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Humberto Bautista hit a great ball. If Pablo Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Fidensio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Gustavo Paskal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pablo Gau to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Cristian Filipo took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Xaiver Urquijo to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Gau in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Paskal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xaiver Urquijo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Francesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Cristian Filipo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xaiver Urquijo. Famatina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Filipo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Calchines AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efrain Iratxo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Alfredo Dolfos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustavo Paskal. Calchines AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Famatina's Pablo Gau made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Paskal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Filipo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the game, Nestor Fidensio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Gustavo Paskal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Famatina had won after a very even match.
