La Vecchia Signora's Felipe Argina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Jacob in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, La Vecchia Signora's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Barros came free, but Felipe Argina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Bixintxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Vecchia Signora's Felipe Argina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Jacob in the 20th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Arturo Bordat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Egoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 30thth minute of the game Delmiro Jacob who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Vecchia Signora's Felipe Argina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erasmo Bixintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Egoitz having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Laurendi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elias Egoitz. Maximiliano Laurendi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Felipe Argina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Barros in the 40th minute of the match. Delmiro Jacob's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Argina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Providencia FC's zone, Erasmo Bixintxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Egoitz came out of the goal and Erasmo Bixintxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Argina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Barros in the 54th minute. The supporters of La Vecchia Signora booed when Providencia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Gorosti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Aureliano Barros could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Felipe Argina however easily saved by the left post. After 59 minutes of play, La Vecchia Signora's Erasmo Bixintxo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Egoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 62 minutes, Aureliano Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Providencia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elias Egoitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Laurendi's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Aureliano Barros notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of La Vecchia Signora's Felipe Argina. Felipe Argina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felipe Argina was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robustiano Aballe. In the 69th minute, Arturo Bordat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, La Vecchia Signora's Felipe Argina got control of the ball when Aureliano Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. La Vecchia Signora's Albano Etxahun got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of La Vecchia Signora booed when Providencia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Aballe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Laurendi took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Egoitz. Elias Egoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Elias Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Bixintxo in the 96th minute of play. Providencia FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
