Denis Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Abeitia in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Guib saved Rickyteam from getting behind. Victor Guib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute, Cullen AFC's Rolando Abeitia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Victor Guib. Victor Guib yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Cullen AFC's Claudio Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Tab in the 24th minute of play. Ceferino Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cullen AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Júlio Leme hit a great ball. Victor Guib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Calixto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Guib having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Rolando Abeitia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victor Guib, 2-0. Victor Guib made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Serafino Caton sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rolando Abeitia made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Rickyteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Behe to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Eleazar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Victor Guib. Rickyteam's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Rolando Abeitia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cullen AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Abeitia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Cullen AFC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Júlio Leme hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Ceferino Rico got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ceferino Rico got free with Claudio Gabon in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute of the match Amador Gelmiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Guib showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Ceferino Rico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudio Gabon. Cullen AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ceferino Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After some careless play in the Cullen AFC defense, Ceferino Rico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudio Gabon. The Cullen AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudio Gabon should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Rolando Abeitia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cullen AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Abeitia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Guib breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute Angelo Tab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rickyteam players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
