If Sergio Dimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Prospero Romo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Dante Burni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escalada. In the 57th minute of the match Florencio Arotza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Burni skillfully saved the ball. Dante Burni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Romo's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Prospero Romo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Burni was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Líbaros's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Romo came free, but Dante Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prospero Romo in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Burni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dante Burni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Romo's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Julio Ted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Líbaros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Ted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Romo in the 73rd minute of play. Prospero Romo took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Burni. Dante Burni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Dante Burni didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Escalada's Prospero Romo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Escalada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diego Galo in the 88th minute. After 94 minutes, Victor Ostadar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Líbaros and the Escalada players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Líbaros getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Victor Ostadar hit a great ball. Escalada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
