Isidro Goren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Felipe Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Mero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Vidal in the 18th minute of play. Isidro Goren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 minutes, Generoso Chayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballester FC and the Ledesma players grew even worse after the yellow card. Generoso Chayo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Isidro Goren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Felipe Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Maureo charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Maureo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Angelo Maureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Mero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Goren in the 35th minute. Isidro Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 42 in the game by Isidro Goren from a close distance when the talented Felipe Mero managed to make a qualified save. Ballester FC's players were relieved. 45 minutes into the game, Isidro Goren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Felipe Mero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidro Goren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Isidro Goren notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ballester FC's Felipe Mero. Felipe Mero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Isidro Goren put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Felipe Mero. Thanks to some nice moves Generoso Chayo could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Teun Coekx however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Goren in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Mero saved Ballester FC from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, Ballester FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Goren came free, but Felipe Mero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ballester FC's Felipe Mero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Goren in the 69th minute of play. Remigio Fresco's late challenge caught a Ledesma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Fresco helped the player get up and apologised. Remigio Fresco kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Felipe Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Vidal in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Goren in the 74th minute of play forced Ballester FC's goalkeeper Felipe Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ledesma fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Ledesma's Isidro Goren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 79th minute, Isidro Goren made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Mero. Ballester FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 84th minute Isidro Goren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Mero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Celestino Vidal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Mero. Ballester FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celestino Vidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Felipe Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Goren in the 94th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ledesma fully deserved thier win.
