Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomás Gurutz kicked off to start the match. After 10 minutes of play, THE TWIN TOWERS's Tomás Gurutz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Jerold was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Horquilla AFC booed when THE TWIN TOWERS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Txema didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teo Calisto during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Teo Calisto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Mambru in the 27th minute of play forced Horquilla AFC's goalkeeper Ismael Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Horquilla AFC's Cipriano Bastiaro threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mauricio Jaen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mauricio Jaen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Horquilla AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Gurutz came free, but Ismael Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, THE TWIN TOWERS's Arnulfo Ekhi got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Leon Erruki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horquilla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Erruki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Horquilla AFC booed when THE TWIN TOWERS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Ekhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Jaen was the one to do the kick off. Cipriano Bastiaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Jaen in the 58th minute of the match. Dario Ramos hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Leon Erruki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cipriano Bastiaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Leon Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Bastiaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horquilla AFC's Leon Erruki got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, THE TWIN TOWERS's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Jaen came free, but Cipriano Bastiaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Leon Erruki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Horquilla AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Horquilla AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Hector Abilio hit a great ball. Cipriano Bastiaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Erruki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Horquilla AFC's Mauricio Jaen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cipriano Bastiaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th match minute, THE TWIN TOWERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Ramos to maneuver through the defense. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Horquilla AFC were victorious despite being under pressure from THE TWIN TOWERS for much of the match.
