When Serafin Eufrasio fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Ciclista Paraná's protests and gave Serafin Eufrasio a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the game, Claudio Bello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Narciso Cortez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 30 minutes of play Club Ciclista Paraná's Serafin Eufrasio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After having played for 31 minutes, Claudio Bello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nirihau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Bello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Club Ciclista Paraná defense, Claudio Bello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Cortez. The Club Ciclista Paraná fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Cortez should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes in the game Esteban Cuarto did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Soulis Konstantinoulis. Narciso Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Bello, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Efrain Michael managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freddy Bartoli charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raúl Bello was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Ciclista Paraná's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Soulis Konstantinoulis was slow to take the kick. During this time Nirihau's players had a chance to rest. Apolo Diegotxe thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Narciso Cortez, a very annoying self made goal in the 53rd minute which led to 0-4. Club Ciclista Paraná's Pastor Hulberto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Esteban Cuarto, made in the 56th minute of the game. Pastor Hulberto hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Bartoli in the 64th minute of play forced Nirihau's goalkeeper Basilio Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Ciclista Paraná's Narciso Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Bello in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 minutes, Raúl Bello made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Club Ciclista Paraná's Narciso Cortez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nirihau's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
