He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pavón reached it. In the 13th minute, Fabricio Cutberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, Pavón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Domeka to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, ELVIS PRESLEY AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Gizon came free, but Gaston Guipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Bernardino Muc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Honesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Honesto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Micky Eisig in the 39th minute. In the 44th match minute, Pavón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Florian to maneuver through the defense. Segundo Florian took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaston Guipuzkoa. Gaston Guipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Gizon to make the kick off. Luis Toribio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Augusto Txerran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ELVIS PRESLEY AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pavón the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in ELVIS PRESLEY AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Segundo Florian walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Guipuzkoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Micky Eisig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Honesto was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Carmelo Johans blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Guipuzkoa having to make a save. When Timoteo Maidana fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pavón's protests and gave Timoteo Maidana a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pavón getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Timoteo Maidana hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Bernardino Muc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Honesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Gaspard, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Armando Gaspard put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Carmelo Honesto. 98 minutes into the match, Pavón's goal looked a bit too open when Micky Eisig came free, but Carmelo Honesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Micky Eisig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ELVIS PRESLEY AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pavón had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
