Spectators: 7034 (Terracing: 5306, Seating: 1627, VIP seats: 101) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genaro Bittor started the match with the kick off. If Dionisio Eskuin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Bouwmans made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Abel Clemencin sent off a good shot on target. Martin Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Bittor, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Elertondo's Genaro Bittor got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Genaro Bittor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 26 minutes, Uriel Goyo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Cristal and the Elertondo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Deportivo Cristal got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Goyo. Martin Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Bittor, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 30 played minutes Deportivo Cristal got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Gabon. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Cristal's goalkeeper Martin Ostadar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Martin Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Bittor in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Genaro Bittor in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Ostadar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clodoveo Bonadona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Hernandez in the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albano Urti was the one to do the kick off. Genaro Bittor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Martin Ostadar made a huge save. With a little luck, Deportivo Cristal's Martin Ostadar got control of the ball when Genaro Bittor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute Albano Urti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Bouwmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Martin Ostadar managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Elertondo's Genaro Bittor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erasmo Gabon charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Gabon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Elertondo booed when Deportivo Cristal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Ostadar came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Elertondo's Genaro Bittor. But to his dismay, Genaro Bittor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 66 minutes into the match, Elertondo's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Valente came free, but Antonio Bouwmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Albano Urti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Bouwmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genaro Bittor got free with Martin Ostadar in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genaro Bittor took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Ostadar. Martin Ostadar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, Elertondo's Timoteo Hernandez got a free kick in the 78th minute. Antonio Bouwmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Valente in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Deportivo Cristal's goalkeeper Martin Ostadar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Bittor. Martin Ostadar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Eate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genaro Bittor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Martin Ostadar firmly grabbed it by the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Albano Urti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Bouwmans. Elertondo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Urti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Elertondo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
