Gimnasia y Esgrima 1908's Casimiro Eguerdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 曲磊悦 in the 21st minute of play. Casimiro Eguerdi was a little too slow when 曲磊悦 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. Segundo Unax struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Eustaquio Ladio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gimnasia y Esgrima 1908. 28 minutes into the match, Arias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Heberle came free, but Eustaquio Ladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Bonifacio Innocenzio took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Casimiro Eguerdi to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 曲磊悦 made a kick off. Sam Heberle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Arias FC defense, Guido Rito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustaquio Ladio. The Arias FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustaquio Ladio should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Arias FC booed when Gimnasia y Esgrima 1908 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Cidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Ladio was a little too slow when Sam Heberle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 4-2. Arias FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Fabricio Cidro scored to the left of an out of position Eustaquio Ladio, making the score, 4-3. If Segundo Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Fabricio Cidro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustaquio Ladio. The referee showed 曲磊悦 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 曲磊悦 hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. A collision led to Arias FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. 曲磊悦 hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Gimnasia y Esgrima 1908's Fabricio Cidro got a free kick in the 90th minute. If 曲磊悦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Arias FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-4.
