Spectators: 6963 (Terracing: 5322, Seating: 1631, VIP seats: 10) Pura Quimica's Herminio Seme started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Pura Quimica's zone, Ricardo Paulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Vergaray came out of the goal and Ricardo Paulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adriana Gizon made in the 16th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Pascual Emmanuel however managed to control. 19 minutes into the match, C.A Agustin Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Seme came free, but Aristides Gartzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teo Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Cresenciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Cresenciano in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, C.A Agustin Juniors's goalkeeper Aristides Gartzen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Telo Sarro. Roman Gieraltowski's late challenge caught a C.A Agustin Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Gieraltowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, one of Pura Quimica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pura Quimica. Adriana Gizon shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Aristides Gartzen made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Herminio Seme sent off a good shot on target. Lorenzo Cresenciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ricardo Paulin made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes C.A Agustin Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Mero. After a rather tough play, Pura Quimica's Herminio Seme got a free kick in the 60th minute. Telo Sarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Gartzen having to interfere. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Herminio Seme sped through C.A Agustin Juniors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aristides Gartzen. The audience was convinced that Herminio Seme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aristides Gartzen was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Pura Quimica's attentive Clemente Larra managed to snatch the ball when Mario Romano made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. Gervasio Gonsalvo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. C.A Agustin Juniors's Aristides Gartzen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telo Sarro in the 74th minute of play. After 75 played minutes C.A Agustin Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Sagrario. Telo Sarro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aristides Gartzen. C.A Agustin Juniors's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Pura Quimica's Herminio Seme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Gartzen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Aristides Gartzen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Seme's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Nemesio Kepa charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nemesio Kepa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nemesio Kepa kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Seme in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Gartzen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Herminio Seme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of C.A Agustin Juniors booed when Pura Quimica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Oihan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pura Quimica's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
