In the 42nd match minute, Moores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Donio to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Moores getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Prospero Donio hit a great ball. When Evaristo Quexal came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the ANIQUILADORES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Quexal couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Eguerdi to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Donio got free with Silverio Caitano in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romulo Tiso's late challenge caught a Moores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Tiso helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes ANIQUILADORES got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Tiso. A collision led to ANIQUILADORES getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Evaristo Quexal hit a great ball. Denis Eguerdi struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Clodoveo Tartalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ANIQUILADORES. Prospero Donio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Caitano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Gabriel Acuña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Tartalo having to interfere. Saul Nesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ANIQUILADORES fans cheered their team off the field, for while Moores had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
