Mateo Geofredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elpidio Nalo in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elpidio Jaunti, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Pepino fc's Elpidio Jaunti got control of the ball when Elpidio Nalo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlando Min kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Encrucijada FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. The Encrucijada FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Encrucijada FC's Elpidio Nalo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Elpidio Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Nalo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Elpidio Jaunti skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute of the match Luis Mero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Jaunti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 56 minutes, Leon Basualdo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Encrucijada FC and the Pepino fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Encrucijada FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Leon Basualdo hit a great ball. Amado Lander got his second yellow card in the match during the 58th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Amado Lander kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Encrucijada FC's Dionisio Sugar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elpidio Jaunti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pepino fc's goalkeeper Elpidio Jaunti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
