Benicio Cordero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Fausto Ferdinand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ClapCom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Alem the free kick. After a rather tough play, ClapCom's Severiano Modestio got a free kick in the 20th minute. Flavio Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ClapCom's Benicio Cordero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save ClapCom from getting a goal against them. Club Atletico Alem's Primitivo Firmo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Lano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 33rd playminute. Epifanio Federigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Benicio Cordero managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Club Atletico Alem's Flavio Lano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Severo Leizarraga struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Benicio Cordero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Alem. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Flavio Lano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Flavio Lano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benicio Cordero was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Primitivo Firmo struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Benicio Cordero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Alem. When Club Atletico Alem's Flavio Lano in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A collision led to ClapCom getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Anselmo Isias hit a great ball. When Braulio Justin fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ClapCom's protests and gave Braulio Justin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Braulio Justin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benicio Cordero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Primitivo Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atletico Alem's Epifanio Federigo got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Flavio Lano put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Benicio Cordero. ClapCom's Benicio Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Lano in the 90th minute of play. Club Atletico Alem's Flavio Lano got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Epifanio Federigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Flavio Lano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Benicio Cordero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
