Spectators: 7112 (Terracing: 5336, Seating: 1635, VIP seats: 141) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernabe Nuñez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bernabe Nuñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernabe Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Bizen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Sugar in the 15th minute of play forced Infalliblebit FC's goalkeeper Rene Bizen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Elpidio Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Bizen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rene Bizen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Nuñez in the 18th minute of play. Generoso Ostadar kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Bernabe Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernabe Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Bizen having to interfere. Independiente's attack was well implemented in the 32nd minute, but when Desiderio Sugar was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Paulino Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the game, Paulino Playo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Independiente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Infalliblebit FC the free kick. After 37 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Playo. In the 40th minute, Lucio Gonchan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Infalliblebit FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Rene Bizen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Nuñez in the 48th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celso Fanuco to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Independiente's zone, Geronimo Dalmu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Elequemedo came out of the goal and Geronimo Dalmu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Desiderio Sugar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rene Bizen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Infalliblebit FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Nicasio Txordon hit a great ball. Desiderio Sugar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Bizen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Rene Bizen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Nuñez in the 73rd minute of play. Rene Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Nuñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Rene Bizen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes of play Independiente's Paulino Playo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 79th match minute, Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Playo to maneuver through the defense. Elpidio Velasco scored 1-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Bizen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernabe Nuñez kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Independiente's Basilio Elequemedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Independiente from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Desiderio Sugar put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rene Bizen. Independiente's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
