Benicio Izotz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Iraizoz AFC's zone, Marcos Gutxi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Iliana came out of the goal and Marcos Gutxi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saturnino Prejun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Benicio Izotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Gaspard's late challenge caught a Rosendo Lopez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Gaspard helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 minutes, Roman Lauaxeta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iraizoz AFC and the Rosendo Lopez players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Iraizoz AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Lauaxeta to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustaquio Gorbea made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Rosendo Lopez got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Guillelmo. The supporters of Iraizoz AFC booed when Rosendo Lopez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Honesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Julio Gaspard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benicio Izotz was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The Rosendo Lopez fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Rosendo Lopez's Serafin Nesor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Enrique Honesto fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosendo Lopez's protests and gave Enrique Honesto a yellow card for diving instead. Benicio Izotz came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Iraizoz AFC's Victorino Ponce. But to his dismay, Victorino Ponce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Erasmo Tajo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Rosendo Lopez booed when Iraizoz AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Hernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Serafin Nesor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosendo Lopez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. A collision led to Iraizoz AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Delmiro Mingo hit a great ball. Iraizoz AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Rosendo Lopez had controlled the match.
