Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the game, Joel Cordarryl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kattegat F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilmes FC the free kick. In the 8th match minute, Kattegat F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. After 10th play minutes Paulino Ortle shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Benito Avellaneda and just under the crossbar into goal. Vinicio Abarca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Avellaneda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Jesco in the 17th minute of the match. With a little luck, Kattegat F.C's Benito Avellaneda got control of the ball when Cipriano Sarracino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Jesco in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Avellaneda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Silvano Jesco came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Quilmes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Jesco couldn't finish the play. In the 29th match minute, Kattegat F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. When Joel Cordarryl was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. The long shot by Tomás Macario in the 32nd minute really tested Benito Avellaneda's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 33rd minute, Quilmes FC's Silvano Jesco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Tomás Macario, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Abarca to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Quilmes FC's Cipriano Sarracino got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Quilmes FC's Silvano Jesco in 56 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Benito Avellaneda guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Silvano Jesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Avellaneda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Ortle, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Silvano Jesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Benito Avellaneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Ortle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Quilmes FC's Silvano Jesco in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kattegat F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Vinicio Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Roberto Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Kattegat F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Brais to maneuver through the defense. Benito Avellaneda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Ortle went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Jesco in the 85th minute of play forced Kattegat F.C's goalkeeper Benito Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Ortle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvano Jesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Benito Avellaneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quilmes FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
