The audience was convinced that Armando Castulo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Carlomagno was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Teodoro Mambru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Radomir Komornicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Betadur in the 19th minute of play forced Club Atletico Wawing's goalkeeper Celso Carlomagno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Club Atletico Wawing's Celso Carlomagno got control of the ball when Valentin Betadur tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Los Menti getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Victoriano Ongile hit a great ball. Club Atletico Wawing's Radomir Komornicki got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valentin Betadur really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Eusebio Mateus's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Wawing's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Mateus helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes Los Menti got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Mateus. Tobias Ereinotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Wawing defense, Armando Castulo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Carlomagno. The Club Atletico Wawing fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Carlomagno should have stopped the shot. Radomir Komornicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Barbosa replaced Teodoro Mambru. 98 minutes into the game, Nestor Tonete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Wawing's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Menti the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Wawing's Nestor Tonete got a free kick in the 98th minute. Gerardo Ayala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celso Carlomagno having to make a save. Los Menti's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
