Godofredo Olivar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godofredo Olivar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Pascual Pio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godofredo Olivar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Pio having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Albano Bernad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Jakes. Cangrejilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Bernad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Shantala got free with Pascual Pio in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Olivar in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pascual Pio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matias Cedro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Cangrejilla players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cuervos FC were winning 0-1.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cangrejilla's goalkeeper Antonio Jakes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andres Shantala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascual Pio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Isias in the 68th minute of play. Pascual Pio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Olivar's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Pascual Pio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Pascual Pio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Shantala went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Luis Silban hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Cangrejilla's Godofredo Olivar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pascual Pio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godofredo Olivar in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascual Pio saved Cuervos FC from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Esteban Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascual Pio. Cuervos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteban Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Albano Bernad came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Cuervos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Bernad couldn't finish the play. Godofredo Olivar took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Pio. Pascual Pio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Pascual Pio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Olivar in the 96th minute of play. Cuervos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
