The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Hitzeder in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Emiliano Figueroa made a precise shot to the right of Alfredo Donostia. Guasayán FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Damaso Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Donostia having to interfere. Alfredo Donostia made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gerardo Quintan sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, Damaso Hitzeder dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alfredo Donostia, 2-0. Gerardo Quintan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evelio Lertxun to strike the kick off in the second half. Guasayán FC's Alfredo Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Shantala in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute Maximiliano Costante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Donostia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Donostia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Hitzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Quintan in the 72nd minute of play forced Guasayán FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Forever Silvana were the better team. Forever Silvana's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
