In the 11thth minute of the game Gaston Iratzeder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Makina de Dios's Hilario George was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, almafuerte's Camilo Iraunkor got control of the ball when Damian Cristos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Cristos came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Camilo Iraunkor could save by the left post. Moises Gutxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario George having to interfere. Camilo Iraunkor made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Damian Cristos sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the match, almafuerte's goalkeeper Camilo Iraunkor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Cristos. The Makina de Dios players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. almafuerte were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Damian Cristos made the kick off in the second half. Hilario George made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Gaston Iratzeder sent off a good shot on target. almafuerte's Camilo Iraunkor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Cristos in the 65th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Gaston Iratzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. almafuerte's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Iratzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario George breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damian Cristos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Iraunkor having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Arturo Loren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Makina de Dios's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Gaston Iratzeder scored to the left of an out of position Hilario George, making the score, 1-2. The supporters of Makina de Dios booed when almafuerte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Abadie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Alfonso Estevez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Iraunkor skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute, Damian Cristos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Damian Cristos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in almafuerte's zone, Ignacio Cibran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Iraunkor came out of the goal and Ignacio Cibran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camilo Iraunkor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Cristos, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
