Eustaquio Baumer came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaac Bastian slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 9th minute. When Alberto Sergi came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Garsa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Sergi couldn't finish the play. Fabio Elivareo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Garsa's Isaac Bastian dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Ulises Orland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Baumer having to interfere. Nestor Laurgain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo-Enrique Tobaczewski in the 26th minute of the match. Garsa's Ulises Orland got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ulises Orland managed to get in a good position for a shot. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

One of Garsa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of X-F8:s goal. The goalkeeper, Nestor Laurgain, was totally fooled by X-F8's Cristobal Marquez, who 94 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. X-F8's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
